Whether to support customized services？

Yes, OEM service accepted and supported. Some customers have special requirements for carton machines, such as processing oversized cartons, high-speed high-definition printing, etc. We can customize carton machines according to the specific requirements of customers.

How Can We Guarantee Quality?

1. When the machine parts are processed, they will be strictly checked by the quality inspection department to ensure the accuracy and quality.
2. After the machine is completed, we need at least two days to run the machine to ensure the smooth production of the machine.

How about after-sales service?

When there is a problem with the machine, you must be very anxious, please contact us DIRECTLY, our after-sales staff will communicate with you the first time, and feedback the problem to the technical engineer, and the engineer will find the problem in time and solve your worries SOONEST.

What's the delivery time?

What's payment terms, trade terms you accept?

Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit, then 70% balance is paid before shipment , we usually offer fob ningbo price. but we also accept other way like L/C, wetern union, and do CFR&CIF etc.

Does it easy to operate and what can i do if it doesn't work?

We suggest you to come to visit our factory to learn more thing by yourself, and if there is something goes wrong , you can call us, video-chat, email us. And we will give solutions within 36 hrs. Our engineer also can be distributed to overseas as you required.
