1.Rotary die cutting machine used to make customized design corrugated carton box .It can die cutting any shape corrugated box you want to make by change different cutting mould.

2.The die-cutting roller is made of high-quality steel with a wall thickness of 30mm, balance correction and hard chrome plating.

3.The wallboard wall thickness 50mm and is manufactured by a large machining center.

4.The soft roller automatic grinding mechanism improves the re-use rate of the rubber sleeve, can be ground 3-4 times.

5.Automatic line speed compensation ensures that the die-cut dimensions of each batch of cartons are exactly the same.

6.The paper feeding speed is 10,000 sheets per hour, and the cross cutting accuracy is ±0.75mm.

7.The phase is electrically adjusted by planetary gears, and the startup and shutdown are quickly adjusted.

8.Human-machine interface, full computer PLC precision control system.

9. The main machine adopts frequency conversion motor.

10.The front and rear control panels are concise and easy to operate.
